Our studenthouse is located in Lima, in the district of Pueblo Libre, very near to the principal universities like the U. Catolica, U. del Pacifico, U. San Marcos (about 15 minutes by bus); U. Cayetano Heredia and U. Nacional de Ingeniería (about 25 min by bus) and very near (10 minutes) to the old centre of Lima (downtown) and at 25 minutes distance from Miraflores and Barranco, where you can find places to stay like bars and discos.
The house is completely independant located in a peaceful residential area. The house disposes of 10 spacious rooms, all of them painted with bright colours, having coloured curtains and being equipped with modern furniture: a bed with sheets and blankets, a desk with a chair and a wardrobe for your clothes. 6 of them have their own bathroom. The other 4 rooms make use of a shared bathroom. All bathrooms have hot water 24 hours a day. There is Wireless Connection for your laptop available in the whole house.
The common areas consist of three big livingrooms: 1 for socializing with cable TV, 1 for group studying with 2 computers and 1 for playing billiards etc.
The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, micro-wave and cooking-range. Students can coke their own meals. There are cupboards that can be locked with a key.
Finally, there are two terraces to take a sunbath, house-cleaning every day, a washing machine and a telephone to receive calls from your parents abroad.
Each student receives his/her own set of keys of the house and room, and will be picked up from the airport at his arrival free of charge.
In the weekend, students can participate in the different tours organised by the peruvian group Hiking & Trekking (link above)
Room prices range from 210 to 250 US$ per month
